Philip is UIDlabs’ specialist for service design. With lots of creativity, flexibility and empathy for users, he tracks down new service ideas and initiates services that clearly offer companies and their customers added value. From service blueprints to stakeholder maps and business model canvases – he is as familiar with service design methods as with design thinking.
In addition to business trips and office life, he devotes his time to working in the Service Design Network German Chapter together with a team of kindred spirits.
